I've been chugging this magical elixir in the morning before work and it is not only energizing but helps to eliminate any daily stressors. There's something about this magical minty smoothie that gets me feeling relaxed and ready to take on the world. 

Major health points: Collard greens detoxify fat, pump up your immune system, fight cancer and boosts folic acid which helps stabilize your mood. Pineapple is rich in vitamins, enzymes and antioxidants which also help boost the immune system, support strong bones and aid in digestion. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 stalks collard greens
  • 1 cup of pineapple
  • 1 sliced green apple
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1 lime - juiced
  • 3 tbsp almonds
  • 1 cup water 
  • 1 cup ice
